Announcing the NERIS Settings Module!
We are gradually rolling out the NERIS Settings module, which should go live next month. The redesigned NERIS Settings interface reduces configuration overhead and streamlines system administration, minimizing time spent on setup and maximizing operational availability.
To enable NERIS Settings for designated user profiles, navigate to Management > User Profiles > Additional Modules and select the New Settings permissions profile.

Click the permissions icon to configure granular access within the profile.

Important! Permission configuration is available in the Back-Office module only.
NERIS Scenarios
You can now define multiple actions and incident types within a single scenario, providing greater flexibility when configuring incident management workflows.

Inventory & Maintenance > Work Order Mailing Lists
You can now assign mailing lists to specific work order event types, enabling automatic email notifications for work order creation and completion. Configure default mailing lists for each work order category in Management > General > Mailing Lists.
