Status Indicators and Icons
Overview
Icons and their colors work together to show you important information at a glance. The icon's shape indicates the type of inventory, item, or work order, while its color indicates the status of the check or work order.
The status indicators and icons vary between checks and work orders.

Status Indicators
The following icon colors indicate the status of the check or work order:
Check Indicators
🟢 In Service: Apparatus, warehouse, or item is operational and available for immediate deployment
🟠In Reserve: Apparatus, warehouse, or item is operational but reserved as backup. (Inventory, Maintenance lists only)
🔴 Out Of Service: Apparatus, warehouse, or item is currently unavailable or under maintenance
Work Order Indicators
🟢 Completed: Work order has been fulfilled and closed
🔴 Not Completed: Work order is pending or in progress
