Hydrant Visit Summary
LIVE
The Visit Summary section has been added to hydrant test pages, allowing you to edit the actual visit date.

Note:
Updating the Visit Date will automatically adjust the Next Test Date based on your test cycle.
To update the Visit Date, the Hydrant Test Back Dating permission must be set to Yes
(Permissions > Hydrants).

When adding a new hydrant test in the Hydrant Details section, you can now set a test date.

Dry Flow Test
You can now set and record flow tests for dry hydrants. To set a dry flow test, go to Dry Flow Test, and then click Add Flow Test.
Note: You can view (read-only) dry flow tests under maintenance tests as well.

Complete the test details. The values will be saved automatically.

Note: You can view dry flow test history by clicking the View History button, or under maintenance tests. To view dry flow test history in maintenance tests, go to Dry Flow Test > View History.

Import Hydrants
You can now import hydrant data directly from your spreadsheets to the hydrant list. To import hydrant data, use the Import Hydrants button on the Follow-Up Hydrants list. A dialog box will appear.

In the dialog box, click Export Example Template to download our hydrant data template.
Note: Disable your pop-up blocker before downloading the spreadsheet.

Open the spreadsheet, and then add your hydrant data according to the template.

In the Import Hydrants dialog box, click Import Hydrants. The Upload Files window will appear at the bottom of the screen. Click Choose Files, and then select the template file from your files.

The data will appear in your Follow-Up Hydrants table.
