Properties - Release Notes
December 2024 Build 1.4.12.1
Payer Management
We added the Payer section to Property Info > Contact Details. Once you select a payer from the list, all bills associated with the property will be invoiced to that payer.

The Payer section is available upon request only. Contact the Support team for further information.
To edit the payer’s details, click the menu to the right of the payer, and then select Edit Payer.

Warning: When you edit payer details, the changes will apply to all properties associated with that payer.
To manage the list of all payers, open the Payers List by clicking at the top right corner of the Payer section.

In the Payers List, you can add new payers, search the list, edit payer details, and select a payer for the property by clicking the arrow to the right of the payer’s row.
Contact Info
We removed the Edit button, allowing you to edit contact details directly within the contact’s fields.

Filter by Billing Status
LIVE
You can now filter properties based on the status of their inspection bills.

Properties List and Inspections
When clicking Switch to Map View in the Properties List or Inspections - List, multiple properties in the same location (such as malls and apartment buildings) now appear under the same location marker. These icons are marked with the number of properties in that location, just as in Map View.
To view these properties, click the marker on the map. The properties will appear as a list.
September 2024 Build 1.04.9.1
Mixed use property
For properties that serve multiple purposes, we added the Mixed Use Property field in Property Info > Property Details. Mixed use properties include malls, rows of stores, buildings with educational uses, and more.

To set your property as mixed use, click on the Mixed Use Property field as shown above. A list will open to the right. Double click your type of property.

Back-Office
Custom markers
We added the Always Show On Response Map column to the Custom Markers table so that you can now set global markers to appear in the Response Map regardless of their distance from the incident. When selected in the column, the markers will appear on the map. This is especially useful for markers such as landing pads, hospitals, and more.

August 2024 Build 1.04.8.1
Permit application info
We introduced a new field for permit applicant details. Applicant info appears under Property Details > Permits. To add applicant information, select the permit from the list, and then click the pen to the right side of the applicant box. A dialog box will appear. In the dialog box, fill out the applicant’s details.
