Properties > Map View > Multiple Properties Lists
Locations with multiple properties in Map View now display each property separately by its designated property type, allowing you to identify and select specific properties more efficiently.
Properties > In Construction Toggle
The In Construction toggle is now available in the New Property dialog, allowing you to designate construction status during property creation rather than requiring a subsequent edit.

You can now designate properties as In Construction directly from the Property Details page in the Admin Back-Office. The In Construction checkbox is located on the right side of the property form, allowing you to set or modify the construction status for new and existing properties.

When viewing inspections or property lists in map view, you can now toggle between Google Maps and ESRI ArcGIS mapping providers, giving you flexibility to use your preferred mapping platform.

You can now view property internal status information directly from the Properties module lists by expanding the row, providing quick access to status details without opening the full inspection record.

Property Details > Permit Billing
Create and email permit bills directly from the Property Details section, streamlining your billing workflow by eliminating the need to access the back-office for billing tasks.
Access billing options through the three-dot menu, including the ability to delete bills when needed.
Note: To email a list of all unpaid bills, select Email on the most recent bill (last row).

Properties List > Filter by Permit Status
We added the option to filter properties according to permit status (Approved, Denied, or Pending).
Note: This filter is not available in the Inspections and Pre-Plan lists.

Properties > Pre-Plans > Multi-Floor Markers
You can now position a single marker across multiple floors. To assign multiple floors, click the Floor field, and then select the applicable floors from the sidebar.

Property Filters
We added the Requirements filter, allowing you to filter properties according to preplan and inspection requirements:
Inspection or Pre-Plan: Shows properties needing either an inspection or a pre-plan, but not both.
Inspection & Pre-Plan: Shows properties requiring both an inspection and a pre-plan.
Only PrePlan: Shows properties that only need a pre-plan, with no inspection requirement.
Only Inspection: Shows properties that only need an inspection, with no pre-plan requirement.
None: Shows properties with no inspection or pre-plan requirements.
All: Shows all properties, regardless of their requirements.
