Properties > In Construction Toggle COMING SOON
The In Construction toggle is now available in the New Property dialog, allowing you to designate construction status during property creation rather than requiring a subsequent edit.
You can mark properties In Construction in the back office as well. For the back-office release, click here.
Properties > Map View > Property Clusters
New List Design
Property clusters in Map View now display each property separately by its designated property type, allowing you to identify and select specific properties more efficiently.
Column Display
You can now control column display for property clusters
Click Show on the top right of the list.
Select applicable columns.
Result: The property cluster table will appear with the selected columns

Inspections, Billing > Remarks Presets
Remark presets are now available in Inspection, Violation, and Billing remarks fields, similar to the functionality available in Inventory & Maintenance. Apply presets to quickly insert commonly used remarks across these modules.
Note:
This feature is not available for Internal Remarks.
If your department did not configure remark presets, the presets dropdown menu will not appear.

Billing > Create Bill
Note: Billing remark presets are available only for new bills.
