Patient Documentation Tasks

Select the specific task you need to complete:

1. Patient Info
   Patient identification, demographics, address, contact information, and belongings

2. Medical History
   Medical conditions, medications, allergies, immunizations, practitioners, and travel history

Interface Notes: Patient lookup requires previously approved ePCR records. Driver's license scanning works with both camera capture and file upload. The Medical History section contains multiple subsections, accessible via the left navigation menu.
