Inventory, Maintenance, and Item Checks
Overview
Item and apparatus checks ensure your department maintains compliance standards and operational readiness. The FireWorks system provides three types of checks to meet different requirements for items, apparatus, and inventory.

Check Types
Inventory Check
Conduct apparatus and warehouse inventory verification to maintain minimum stock levels and track item conditions.

Maintenance Check
Perform scheduled apparatus and warehouse maintenance inspections using daily, weekly, and monthly check protocols.

Item Check/My Items
Track and document individual equipment status for both department and personal gear. Use the same process for both Item Check (department equipment) and My Items (personal gear).

Getting Started
Before performing any equipment check:
Verify you have appropriate system permissions
Ensure stable internet connection
Use a tablet for optimal mobile experience
Clear browser cache if experiencing slowness

Enable Include Maintenance Check during inventory workflows.
